By accessing or using the EndoAge platform, website, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

EndoAge offers preventive medicine, longevity optimization, hormone health, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine services. Services include:

• Health assessments and EndoAge Score calculation
• Physician consultations via telemedicine
• Personalized health roadmaps
• Laboratory testing coordination
• Membership programs
• Health coaching services
• AI-assisted health reports and educational tools

Services are not a substitute for emergency care, primary care, or specialist hospital treatment.

To use EndoAge services you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate personal and health information
• Reside in a jurisdiction where telemedicine services are permitted
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify EndoAge of any unauthorized use. EndoAge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

EndoAge provides preventive and longevity-focused healthcare. Services are provided by licensed physicians where clinically appropriate. EndoAge does not:

• Provide emergency medical services
• Replace your primary care physician
• Guarantee specific health outcomes
• Provide diagnoses via educational content alone

Consultations are conducted via secure video conferencing. Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person evaluations. Certain conditions may require physical examination or referral to local providers. By booking a consultation you acknowledge these limitations.

The EndoAge Score is a proprietary educational and preventive health assessment tool. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a predictor of lifespan, and not a substitute for physician evaluation. Clinical decisions should never be based solely on the EndoAge Score.

EndoAge aims to respond to patient communications within the timescales defined in your membership tier. Response times are targets only and are not guaranteed. EndoAge is not an emergency service.

All prescribing decisions remain solely at the discretion of the treating physician. Membership does not guarantee access to medications, hormone therapies, weight-loss therapies, peptide therapies, compounded therapies, or prescription renewals.

Certain physicians may discuss peptide therapies where legally permitted and clinically appropriate. Availability varies by jurisdiction, physician assessment, local regulations, and pharmacy availability. EndoAge does not guarantee access to peptide therapies. Regulatory frameworks surrounding peptide therapies continue to evolve and may change without notice.

Laboratory testing may be performed through independent third-party laboratories. EndoAge is not responsible for laboratory delays, sample collection errors, laboratory processing errors, or reporting delays caused by third-party providers. Laboratory fees may be separate from membership fees.

Certain services may involve advanced testing including genetic testing, microbiome testing, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), DEXA scanning, VO2 max testing, cardiovascular imaging, MRI studies, sleep testing, and wearable integration. Unless specifically stated otherwise, advanced testing is billed separately. Availability varies by country and provider.

The EndoAge Score is educational in nature, designed to support health awareness. It is not a medical diagnosis, not a predictor of lifespan or mortality, not intended to determine biological age with certainty, and not a substitute for physician evaluation.

EndoAge may use AI systems to assist with report generation, biomarker summaries, health insights, and roadmap creation. AI systems are support tools only and may contain inaccuracies. All AI-assisted outputs intended for clinical use are subject to human review. Final clinical interpretation remains the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

Patients may voluntarily connect wearable devices. Consumer wearable devices are not medical diagnostic devices and should not replace professional medical evaluation. Wearable data may be incorporated into health reports and progress reviews.

Health coaching services focus on behavior change, accountability, habit formation, sleep optimization, stress management, and lifestyle implementation. Health coaches do not diagnose disease, prescribe medications, modify treatment plans, or provide medical advice.

Patients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Disclose all relevant medical history
• Update health information when changes occur
• Follow emergency recommendations when advised
• Seek local care when clinically indicated
• Use the platform responsibly and lawfully

Fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. EndoAge reserves the right to modify pricing, service offerings, and membership structures. Changes will not affect services already purchased unless otherwise required by law.

Consultations may be rescheduled according to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking. Missed appointments may be charged. Membership fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced. Refund rights under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

All EndoAge intellectual property remains the exclusive property of EndoAge, including the EndoAge Score, algorithms, reports, roadmaps, methodologies, educational materials, branding, protocols, content, and software. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), applicable Romanian legislation, and the EndoAge Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EndoAge shall not be liable for indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, or interruptions caused by third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Certain services may not be available in all countries. Users are responsible for ensuring that use of EndoAge services complies with local laws and regulations. EndoAge reserves the right to limit or restrict services in certain jurisdictions.

EndoAge reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union legislation. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
