1
What is Telemedicine?

Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications, information technology, or other means of communication between a healthcare provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location.

EndoAge delivers consultations via secure, encrypted video conferencing platforms. These consultations may include:

  • Clinical assessments and health history review
  • Interpretation of laboratory results and biomarkers
  • Discussion of treatment options and health optimization strategies
  • Personalized health roadmap review
  • Follow-up consultations for ongoing care
2
Benefits of Telemedicine
  • Access to specialized preventive and longevity care from your home or office
  • Elimination of travel time and associated costs
  • Reduced risk of exposure to infectious illness
  • Access to EndoAge physicians regardless of your geographic location (subject to jurisdictional restrictions)
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle
  • Continuity of care through longitudinal monitoring
3
Risks & Limitations

Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person medical evaluations:

  • Physical examination cannot be performed remotely
  • Certain diagnoses may require in-person assessment, imaging, or specialist referral
  • Technology failures (internet outages, device malfunctions) may interrupt consultations
  • Image quality or audio issues may affect the quality of the consultation
  • Security risks associated with electronic data transmission, despite our safeguards

If clinical needs cannot be adequately met through telemedicine, your physician will recommend appropriate in-person care.

4
Technology Requirements

To participate in telemedicine consultations you will need:

  • A device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • A stable internet connection
  • A private, quiet environment for your consultation
  • Access to the designated secure video platform

Technical difficulties should be reported to our administrative team as early as possible.

5
Emergency Situations

EndoAge does not provide emergency medical services. If you experience a medical emergency during or outside of a telemedicine consultation, call your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 112 in the EU).

In the event of an emergency during a consultation, your physician will instruct you to contact emergency services and, where possible, provide guidance until help arrives.

6
Privacy & Security

EndoAge uses encrypted, GDPR-compliant video conferencing technology. However, as with all digital communications, there are inherent security risks. We take the following measures to protect your privacy:

  • End-to-end encryption of video consultations
  • Secure patient portal with role-based access controls
  • GDPR-compliant data processing and storage
  • Staff bound by confidentiality obligations

For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7
Recording Policy

Telemedicine consultations are not routinely recorded by EndoAge. If recording is required for any reason, explicit consent will be obtained from both parties in advance. Patients must not record consultations without prior written consent from the physician.

8
Prescriptions via Telemedicine

Prescriptions may be issued following a telemedicine consultation at the sole discretion of the treating physician, subject to:

  • Clinical appropriateness and physician judgment
  • Applicable laws in your country of residence
  • Pharmacy availability and prescription regulations

Not all medications are prescribable via telemedicine in all jurisdictions. Your physician will advise on what is clinically and legally appropriate.

9
Your Rights as a Patient
  • The right to refuse telemedicine services and request in-person care
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting your access to alternative care
  • The right to request that information shared during telemedicine not be stored electronically
  • The right to request a summary of your consultation
  • The right to seek a second opinion
  • The right to confidentiality of all information disclosed during consultations
10
Patient Responsibilities
  • Ensure your technology is working prior to the consultation
  • Attend consultations from a private, quiet location
  • Provide complete and accurate medical information
  • Disclose all medications, supplements, and allergies
  • Follow up with local care providers when advised
  • Contact emergency services if experiencing a medical emergency
11
Physician Responsibilities
  • Conduct consultations in a professional, private environment
  • Maintain clinical standards equivalent to in-person care where telemedicine permits
  • Refer patients to in-person care when clinically required
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information
  • Comply with applicable professional licensing standards
12
International Patients

Telemedicine services may not be available in all countries. Patients are responsible for ensuring that participation in telemedicine consultations complies with local laws and regulations. Prescription eligibility and prescribing practices may differ by jurisdiction.

13
Consent Acknowledgement

By booking and attending a telemedicine consultation with EndoAge, you confirm that you have read and understood this Telemedicine Informed Consent, that you voluntarily consent to receive telemedicine services, and that you understand the benefits, risks, and limitations described above.

This consent applies to all telemedicine consultations unless formally withdrawn in writing.
